Flour Craft is seeking an experienced baker to strengthen our growing team!
Full-time position is available, including both weekday & weekend shifts, 5 days/ 40 hours per week.
This is a job for an experienced, professional baker. Enthusiasts or home bakers need not apply.
You should be available on weekends and during morning hours (starting at 6am).
You should be familiar with daily production demands and have experience working in a professional baking environment for at least 1 year.
You should be able to comfortably communicate about the duties of the job in English.
We're seeking a mature, honest individual with a strong work ethic who shares our commitment to excellent quality & service.
Location:
129 Miller Ave in the Mill Valley Lumber Yard, Marin County.
We are located close to public transportation, and have ample car & bike parking.
About you:
Minimum 1 year experience in a baker or pastry position in a high quality bakery or restaurant.
Culinary degree is preferred.
You enjoy multitasking, and work cleanly and efficiently. You check your ego at the door and bring a positive and helpful attitude to your daily work.
You are a strong team player and show eagerness to learn. You're willing to lend a hand wherever and whenever needed.
You are punctual and reliable. You arrive on time and can work early shifts & weekends.
Must have the physical ability to carry out the functions of the job, which includes but is not limited to, spending a full shift on your feet, and lifting 50lbs.
Valid Food Handler's Card is required. ServSafe manager is preferred.
