Flour Craft Bakery is looking for a friendly, energetic, responsible individual to join our front of house team. We are looking for a team member to work 4 /- days per week.
We are a locally owned, artisan bakery & cafe, featuring thoughtfully made pastries, breads, and healthy fare.
We are a family owned business with two retail locations in Marin County. We love to feed people and are passionate about providing healthy, nourishing food for our community.

Applicants Should Be
- Responsible, reliable & outgoing.
- Passionate about food, coffee, & great service.
- Experienced in the retail and/or hospitality industry and have a strong work ethic.
- Ideally, have previous barista experience. However, we will provide additional training, regardless of experience.
- A team player, and step in to lend a hand wherever and whenever necessary.
- Have a valid CA Food Handlers Card (or will be asked to obtain one within 30 days of hiring).
- Available on weekdays and both weekend days.
- Have a flexible schedule. This is not a job for a full-time student as we do require weekday mornings and midday shifts.
