Flourish Christian Counseling is a private practice located in beautiful Temecula Valley, California. As Professional Licensed Psychotherapists and Certified Clinical Trauma Professionals, we are dedicated to serving the Behavioral Health needs of our community to address long standing problems or new challenges. We serve individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families. We also proudly serve First Responders and our Military. At Flourish Christian Counseling, we provide a safe, nurturing therapeutic relationship which is biblically based, supportive, compassionate, non-judgmental, and understanding.

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist and Clinical Supervisor to join our growing practice. Job duties include - but are not limited to - assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with mental health disorders through comprehensive evaluations, administering psychological tests, developing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, maintaining detailed patient records, and adhering to ethical guidelines within the field, all while requiring a valid psychology license to practice. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee psychological and counseling associates, conduct meetings with staff to discuss treatment plans or facility policies, help practitioners assess clients' mental health, develop optimal treatment plans for patients, and ensure staff keeps accurate records and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PsyD or PhD)
• Current license to practice psychology in California
• Expertise in various psychological assessment tools and therapeutic modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
