As an Entry-Level Community Relations Manager, you will play a key role in fostering community engagement, driving brand awareness, and ensuring the success of our events. You'll work closely with multiple teams to establish relationships with local communities, stakeholders, clients, and partners, while assisting in the execution of impactful, memorable events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain positive connections with local organizations, communities, and influencers to drive engagement.

• Promote Events: Actively promote events and initiatives to generate local participation and elevate brand awareness.

• Event Execution: Support in planning and executing community-focused events that create meaningful impact and unforgettable experiences.

• Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and community partners, nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

• Engage with Attendees: Interact with event attendees, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction to continuously enhance event experiences.

• Track Metrics: Monitor community engagement and event success, ensuring goals are met and exceeded.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports on community engagement, event outcomes, and areas for improvement to help optimize future initiatives.

• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to professionally engage with diverse community members, stakeholders, and partners.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Positive Attitude & Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a can-do attitude, focused on ensuring event success and team alignment.

• Degree or Relevant Experience: A degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred. However, we also value candidates with the right passion, enthusiasm, and a drive to learn in this role.

Salary : $46,500 - $58,500
