As a Community Outreach Representative, you will be the face of Flourish In within the community, helping to build relationships, raise awareness, and drive participation in our programs. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone passionate about community engagement and looking to grow their career in outreach or advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Flourish at community events, workshops, and meetings to promote programs and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to increase collaboration.
• Assist in planning and coordinating outreach activities, including events, campaigns, and presentations.
• Distribute informational materials, answer questions, and provide resources to community members.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and report outcomes to the team.
• Gather feedback from the community to help shape future initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
