Key Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate at Flourish In, your role will include:

• Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, answering questions, and resolving issues via phone, email, or in-person communication
• Event Assistance: Help customers understand our event marketing services, fundraising initiatives, and upcoming events
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty to foster long-term partnerships
• Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback from clients and event attendees to improve services, campaigns, and event execution
• Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, client documentation, event scheduling, and order processing to ensure smooth operations
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and event coordination, to ensure seamless customer experiences and event success
