Position Overview:
As a Public Relations and Communications Assistant, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager and key accounts to execute innovative campaigns designed to boost visibility and drive measurable results. You will also manage customer interactions and promotional activities to enhance client impact and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage and execute marketing projects assigned by the Marketing Manager, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with key accounts to ensure public relations campaigns align with customer promotions and business goals.
• Event Coordination: Organize in-store service events, overseeing all logistics to ensure smooth execution and high-impact results.
• Customer Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with customers and clearly communicate promotional services and offerings.
• Campaign Measurement: Assist in tracking and refining PR campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future results.
• Promotional Material Creation: Develop marketing materials and manage visual merchandising to increase client visibility.
• Supplier and Retail Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel for seamless operations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of event traffic, production, and inventory to ensure proper tracking and analysis.
• Innovation: Identify new opportunities for campaign efficiency and suggest improvements to current processes.

Requirements:

• Education: College degree (completed or in progress) in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or sales (internship experience is a plus).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
