Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of live promotional campaigns assigned by the Marketing Manager
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to integrate PR strategies with customer promotions
Coordinate and manage in-store events, ensuring smooth daily operations
Engage with customers, communicate brand messaging, and promote services effectively
Help develop and refine campaign performance tracking and measurement tools
Assist with the creation and distribution of promotional materials and event displays
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, retail staff, and community partners
Maintain detailed records of event performance, customer interactions, and inventory
Identify new marketing opportunities and suggest creative ways to optimize event campaigns
Growth into senior campaign management roles available based on individual performance
Qualifications & Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision
