What You’ll Do:
Support Community Events: Help plan, set up, and carry out outreach events, volunteer activities, and fundraising efforts
Engage With the Public: Talk to residents, answer questions, and raise awareness about our programs and services
Promote Our Mission: Distribute materials, represent the organization at events, and support outreach campaigns
Assist With Communications: Work with the team to ensure consistent messaging across materials and platforms
Do Research: Gather information on community needs, demographics, and partner organizations to support outreach strategy
Track Outreach Results: Monitor event turnout, public engagement, and feedback to help improve future efforts
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
Good organization and time management
A team player who’s also comfortable working independently
Interest in community work, outreach, nonprofit, or public service
Previous experience in community service, events, or volunteering is a plus—but not required
