Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-tier customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Engage with clients and customers to educate them on our brand, answer questions, and build long-term relationships.
Support the execution of promotional events, ensuring smooth operations, high levels of customer satisfaction, and positive brand representation.
Represent the brand professionally at events, engaging with customers and clients to enhance brand awareness and create memorable experiences.
Track and report customer feedback to help improve services, campaigns, and overall customer interactions.
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Assist with administrative tasks, including reporting, customer data management, and post-event follow-up.
Qualifications:
