We are actively hiring for a Research Assistan t opportunity at the Flourish Research site in St. Augustine, FL. This site, previously ENCORE Research Group, is located in close proximity to metropolitan Jacksonville, scenic Ponte Vedra Beach, and historic St. Augustine.
The Research Assistant will support the execution of clinical studies by assisting with study visits, data collection, regulatory compliance, and patient care while adhering to FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and SOPs. The Research Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate documentation and smooth study operations while providing an impeccable patient experience in every, single interaction.
Shift : Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM overtime potential
Compensation : $18-$20 / hr additional bonuses career growth opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain familiarity with FDA regulations for clinical research
- Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures, Good Clinical Practice and study protocols
- Assist CRC in scheduling, preparing and conducting study visits per protocol requirements, including but not limited to the following :
Dispense study medication in a professional and accountable manner
