The Marketing Specialist (Social Media) will support the MedEvidence team by implementing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, and driving impactful projects. This role is ideal for someone with a marketing and project management background who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Location: 4131 University Blvd S, Jacksonville, FL 32216
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Implement targeted marketing strategies to promote MedEvidence’s Investigator Training courses and resources.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, creating engaging content to increase awareness and engagement.
- Content Creation: Design and produce engaging content, including social media posts, graphics, and videos.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
- Project Management: Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resources for MedEvidence marketing initiatives.
- Partnership Development: Identify and secure new advertisers and sponsors to support MedEvidence’s growth.
- Contract Management: Oversee advertising and sponsorship agreements, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing and social media management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building partnerships with advertisers, sponsors, and team members.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic content creation software.
- A creative, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on results and efficiency.
