The Director of Growth for Home Care and Hospice Operations is a strategic leadership role within the Growth Team at Flournoy Health Systems. This role is responsible for driving the expansion and development of home care and hospice services across the organization. The Director will lead the planning, implementation, and execution of growth initiatives, including the launch of new services, entry into new markets, and the development of new locations.

The Director of Growth for Home Care and Hospice Operations is a strategic leadership role within the Growth Team at Flournoy Health Systems. This role is responsible for driving the expansion and development of home care and hospice services across the organization. The Director will lead the planning, implementation, and execution of growth initiatives, including the launch of new services, entry into new markets, and the development of new locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Growth Planning:
- Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to develop and refine strategic growth plans for home care services, hospice services, and structured family caregiving.
- Identify opportunities to increase utilization, maximize potential of services, expansion and evaluate potential markets for new home care services/structured family caregiving and locations.
- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the organization’s long-term vision and goals.
- Execution of Expansion Initiatives:
- Lead the setup of new structures, systems, and processes necessary for the successful execution of expansion plans.
- Coordinate with the Support Teams to form and deploy highly trained expansion teams capable of launching new services and locations within a 4-6 month timeframe.
- Oversee the implementation of growth strategies, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Collaboration and Team Leadership:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Support Teams, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts across departments.
- Mentor and guide expansion teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, training, and support to succeed.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and high performance within the Growth Team.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of growth initiatives, providing regular updates to the Chief Growth Officer. Conduct weekly meetings for the Home Care Division and Primecare Hospice.
- Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to growth strategies as needed.
- Report on key metrics related to growth, expansion, and the overall success of home care and hospice operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and regulatory bodies, to support expansion efforts.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote growth initiatives and establish the organization as a leader in home care and hospice services, as well as structured family caregiving.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on growth and expansion.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing growth initiatives in a healthcare setting, particularly in home care operations.

- Travel:
- This position may require in-state and out-of-state travel to various locations as part of the expansion and growth efforts, according to the business needs.
