Flow Companies of Asheville is seeking a Service Assistant. We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time. We prefer to promote from within our company and will help you reach your potential. We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and other training, as needed. Candidate will learn to perform all duties of a service advisor and help with phone calls, appointments and loaner cars, train as a Hyundai service advisor and eventually grow into that position.
We are looking for the following qualities and characteristics:
- Customer service and sales skills (empathy, patience, listening, conflict resolution, etc)
- Resilience, the ability to overcome objections
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate with customers, management and other employees in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining excellent attendance and timeliness in arrival to work and completion of assigned projects and duties
Job Requirements:
- Desire to succeed by listening to the needs of the customer
- Professional, in appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
