Description
Flow Automotive is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Digital Engagement Coordinator to enhance our online presence and foster meaningful connections with our audience. In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing team and in-store content creators to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless execution across all digital platforms.
You’ll play a key role in building and nurturing an engaged online community by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and reviews in addition to maintaining a positive brand image across various digital and social media platforms.
Beyond engagement, you’ll actively seek out customer and community posts, interacting through likes and comments to strengthen relationships and amplify Flow Automotive’s presence. You'll also participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas that showcase the “Easy, Transparent, and Fun” Flow Automotive experience.
This role works on-site in the corporate office (500 W 5th, Winston-Salem) alongside the rest of the Flow Marketing team. Occasionally, travel to Flow businesses and event locations or evening and weekend availability will be needed in order to capture live, in-person footage for social media.
Key Competencies:
- 1–3 years of social media marketing experience, preferably in a brand or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of social media and third-party listing / digital platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties of the Role

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing team members and in-store content creators to ensure cohesive messaging aligning with Flow’s brand voice, tone and personality is executed across all digital platforms.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a positive and engaging online community while maintaining a strong brand image.
- Proactive Social Interaction: Seek out customer and community posts to engage with through likes, comments, and shares, strengthening relationships and amplifying brand visibility.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries promptly and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Creative Brainstorming: Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that showcase Flow Automotive’s offerings and reinforce the "Easy, Transparent, and Fun" brand experience.
