At Flow Automotive we are growing our marketing account management team and seeking someone with automotive accounting experience to join as a Marketing Account Coordinator. This is an entry-level, fast-paced position ideal for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong problem-solving mindset. You will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing team by executing marketing initiatives and providing administrative support. This role requires no prior experience but a willingness to learn and a proactive approach is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution:
- Create email campaigns following directions and best practices provided by Account Managers (AMs).
- Utilize Asana to manage tasks and ensure deadlines are met, working closely with AMs and Team Leads
- Participate in monthly AM and General Manager (GM) tactic calls to stay informed of campaign progress.
Client and Brand Management:
- Conduct monthly website reviews to monitor brand consistency and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with compliance tasks to ensure marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines and regulations.
- Build comprehensive brand knowledge through training and immersion in marketing materials.
Data & List Management:
- Assist with direct mail and email marketing efforts by pulling and reviewing targeted contact lists.
Qualifications:

- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a knack for multitasking.
