Description
Flow Automotive Companies is seeking a Partnership Coordinator. The Partnership Coordinator helps create meaningful in-person and virtual engagement between Flow Automotive and members of the communities we serve. They are instrumental in building and maintaining a strong relationship between the Partnership team, stakeholders, customers, and other team members at Flow Marketing Services. The role helps develop and implement consumer engagement strategies through project management and cross-functional collaboration. They also organize and coordinate the delivery of event tickets, reservations, transportation, displays, and other assets related to marketing events or the Flow Rewards customer loyalty program.
This is an on-site work role in the Flow Management Services office at 500 W 5th St., Winston-Salem, NC. Work hours include occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills and experience include:
- 2 years in working with project management, marketing, or event planning
- Motivated, self-starter with a superior work ethic and proactive approach
- Holistic thinker regarding brand relationships and willing to assist in developing regional partnerships to help grow brand awareness
- Exemplary communication, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to form, nurture, and sustain relationships with team members and business stakeholders
- Track record of success in partnership with third party vendors
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Work cross-functionally to develop effective, compliant experiential marketing that helps the company engage customers and prospects in a meaningful way
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain an organized work flow for each regional partnership, manage the list of assets for each event, and help with the execution of each event.
- Assist with asset (tickets, reservations, transportation, displays, etc.) management and fulfillment for events and/or the Flow Rewards customer loyalty program
- Collect data for post-event analysis and performance reporting
- Coordinate with additional event staff as needed
- Maintain electronic records of event planning documents, contacts, tickets, reservations, etc.
- Utilize Asana workflow management software, Google email, calendar, meeting software, and shared documents
- Position requires the ability to drive one's own vehicle (regionally, expenses reimbursed) between Flow business locations, event venues, etc.
- Staff events, including some evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
