Description
The Flow Automotive marketing department is adding a Service Marketing Account Manager to our team! If you are data-driven, results-oriented, organized, and have great interpersonal skills - this is the role for you! The Service Marketing Account Manager works with our team of brand-focused Account Managers to ensure each service department meets its volume and revenue targets. They do this by analyzing KPI’s, determining which audience segments need which messaging and helping to create campaigns that increase service retention and effectiveness. They work on-site at our downtown Winston-Salem corporate headquarters as part of our multi-functional in-house automotive marketing group.
Objectives of the Role:
- Create and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive new and repeat customers to the service department
- Make measurable improvements in service retention and effectiveness scores
- Contribute to the achievement of weekly and monthly service volume goals
- Ensure service marketing is effective, compliant, and consistent
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Service Director, Service Managers, and Manufacturers to create effective service campaigns
- Analyze and create reports for stakeholders about the effectiveness of marketing campaigns with respect to manufacturer goals and objectives
- Coordinate with the design team to create email and print campaigns that align with the company objectives and brand standards
- Partner with the digital and social media teams to create digital (SEM/Display) and social media (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube) strategies
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 year experience working in marketing. The automotive or automotive service industry is preferred.
- Experience with compiling, formatting, and analyzing KPI reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate with internal customers, team leads, and other team members in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
