Summary:Commercial Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving an organization's business growth and increasing its revenue. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies: Create plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
Lead and manage the sales team: Oversee the daily operations of the Outside Sales Department, including hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation. Fill in and call on account directly when there is a vacancy.
Negotiate and close agreements: Work with large customers to finalize contracts and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Develop key accounts: personally call on and develop target key accounts that are not getting covered.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics: Track sales results and forecasts, and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
Build and maintain relationships: Establish connections with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Cross Sell: Ensure the sales teams cross promote all products and services of all FCG products where applicable.
Sales Administration: expense approval and management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced technical knowledge of desiccant and centrifugal systems required.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel pivot tables; Powerpoint; Teams meeting hosting and file collaboration
Strong understanding of sales strategies: Knowledge of various sales techniques and the ability to apply them effectively.
Leadership and team management: Ability to lead a team, motivate employees, and manage performance.
Excellent negotiation skills: Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Analytical skills: Capability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.

Travel:
Travel requirements would be approximately 50% of the time in support of the outside sales team and market expansion/growth initiatives. Air travel will be required. Must hold valid driver’s license, be able to pass criminal background check, and participate in random drug and alcohol screening as required for customer site access.
