POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant supports the operations manager of our cannabis cultivation facility by managing administrative tasks, maintaining inventory, and assisting various departments as needed. This role involves organizing records, ensuring compliance with state regulations, handling facility maintenance, and promoting a clean and safe workplace. Additionally, the assistant plays a key part in cross-departmental support, including onboarding new hires, tracking supplies, and maintaining effective communication across the team. This position requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude to thrive in a collaborative environment.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
- Maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set forth by the company and the Operations Manager.
- Organize and manage both digital and physical facility files, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with tracking facility inventory, both physically and digitally, using the Dutchie inventory system in compliance with Arizona State laws.
- Serve as the "Gold Standard" for maintaining company cleanliness, adhering to PPE requirements and AZ compliance laws.
- Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, contributing to a smooth workflow.
- Support various departments with administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and report generation.
- Coordinate and assist with the preparation of paperwork and documentation for compliance and reporting.
- Prepare and process invoices for product sales and laboratory testing services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor office supplies and consumable inventory coordinate reorders to ensure continuous availability.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining onboarding documents and training materials for new hires.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and management to support cross-departmental needs.
