POSITION SUMMARY
This position works directly on the daily tasks and duties put forth by the Grow Team Manager through the Grow Team Supervisor. The Grow Team Member is a very physical and laborious position and a detailed position within the Grow team. From clone to harvest, the Grow Team Member is responsible for assisting the Grow Team Supervisor in daily tasks that ensure the success of the plants. The ideal candidate will have a positive "can-do" attitude and will respect team members, the plants, and the facility. They should be able to manage high stress and urgent situations and be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it. Most importantly, attendance and punctuality are critical to the success of this role.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
- Maintain the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) given forth by the Company and the Grow Team Manager.
- Perform tasks given accurately and efficiently.
- Moving, pruning, transplanting, defoliating, trellising, low stress training, watering / feeding and the topping of plants.
- Harvest plants in tandem with the post-harvest team on Harvest days.
- Cleaning and sanitizing of the cultivation areas and hallways leading to and from cultivation areas.
- Cleaning, sanitizing and the organization of all cultivation equipment.

Operates effectively and professionally with direct supervision from the Grow Team Supervisor. Follows established policies and procedures to perform job duties and tasks. Within the Company, the position has primary working relationships with all other departments and other Company operations and entities.
