We are currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will will oversee warehouse operations and activities. They will store and intake materials with the goal to increase efficiency and profitability. We are in a fast paced ever changing environment and industry. We're looking for someone who is in good physical condition and possesses both a valid driver's license and their own reliable vehicle. Qualifications:
- Apply basic instructions and procedures and responds to standard requests which may be written, oral, by headset or walkie talkie
- Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull and carry and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable alternating between standing, sitting and or walking for an entire shift which is typically 10-12 hours
- Willing and able to operate powered industrial and mechanical equipment including but not limited to reach truck, standups, dock stocker and pushcarts

Duties:
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Responsibilities:
- This role supports the operations team by ensuring the quality and organization of materials.
- Operates Forklift to gather, move and stack pallets to support an efficient and smooth operation
- Unload and lay down of pallets in reusable condition for order fill processing
- Material Recycling
- Remove corrugate, plastic, and debris from breeze ways containers, bins, gaylords, receptacles, docks, and bags to a level that additional items can be placed in these areas without spillage and run over
- Warehouse order pickers are responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the pickup area in a manner that meets the company's standards for productivity, efficiency, and responsibility
- The order puller is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled
- The order puller must be consistent, attentive to detail and informed about the products the company provides to be able to provide the customers exactly what they need and expect
- Locate and accurately pull orders in a timely fashion
- Stage orders together in order area
- Load checked orders onto trucks (as needed)
- Pull shorted items when assigned to shorts (as needed)
- Ensure the accuracy of pulled product (double check quality and quantity)
- Follow truck loading and unloading procedures
- Follow inventory procedures (First in first out)
- Clean and maintain the warehouse inside and out (This includes all coolers; pick up trash; sweeping floor and back dock area and empty trash as needed)
- Communicate with supervisors and warehouse department employees any issues related to performing duties
- Find and communicate ways to improve and or increase productivity
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Performs shipping and receiving functions.
- Unpacks and receives goods upon delivery and matches items with packing/shipping documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization within the parts warehouse.
- Packs and arranges outgoing domestic and international shipments.
- Generates timely, accurate paperwork for Accounting Department (Dext)
- Other duties, as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management
Skills
- Ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds
- Current forklift license
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- High school or equivalent (required)
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Loading and unloading multiple pallets of inventory
