Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Traffic Control Flagger to manage the flow of traffic on work sites and ensure the safety of both workers and the public. The ideal candidate will have experience (but not necessary to apply) will be responsible directing vehicles, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Valid Hawai'i drivers license
- Clean driving abstract
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
- Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time in various weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Direct traffic in and around work sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Monitor site conditions
- Collaborate with work teams to facilitate smooth operations on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, DOT regulations and protocols at all times.
Skills
- Strong understanding of work site dynamics and traffic management principles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively direct traffic and coordinate with team members.
- Ability to recognize potential hazards in a work environment and take appropriate action.
- Detail-oriented with strong observational skills for monitoring site conditions.
- Capability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a focus on safety.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
