Job Functions :
- Full HVAC installation with the ability to lift and handle equipment and materials
- Diagnose HVAC issues, identify the best solutions, and execute repairs, ability to problem solve
- Read and comprehend manuals, blueprints, and drawings to be able to execute work
- Manage workload and completion of tasks as requested by leadership
- Maintain necessary licenses, certifications and complete required continuing education
- Maintain a clean and organized take-home company vehicle, including tools, equipment and inventory of appropriate materials
- Follow all protocols, regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
