Flow Right, a leading provider of exceptional plumbing services, is currently seeking a dedicated Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service and quality workmanship to our valued customers. As a Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards and fostering long-term relationships with our customers. Our working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional hours as required.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned tasks and provide detailed invoices for labor and materials.
- Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality service to customers.
- Occasionally take on the role of Project Estimator, Project Manager, or Project Lead.
- Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure jobs are completed to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Attend mandatory division meetings and review meeting minutes if absent.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Colorado Plumbing license is preferred
- Minimum of 2 plus years of experience in plumbing service (providing repair and maintenance services for plumbing problems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments)
- Professional, personable, and customer-focused.
- Knowledgeable about local plumbing codes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers.
- Ability to provide and adjust job estimates based on jobsite conditions.
- Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Compensation
- Compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, licensure and skill level. It is a combination of a base hourly wage rate along with an opportunity for cash incentive.
