Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a critical role in our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the HVAC or plumbing industry, strong communication skills, and a proactive, friendly approach to solving customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule and dispatch service appointments
- Utilize QuickBooks for customer billing and service records
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or dispatcher role, preferably in HVAC or plumbing
- Proficient with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and dependable with a positive, team-first attitude
Training Requirements:
- One week of training in Evansville
- One week of shadowing in Indianapolis
- One final training week in Evansville Hotel accommodations will be provided during the training week (Indianapolis, IN)
