Daily Duties of the Role:

Perform Preventative & Corrective Maintenance on process equipment to enhance reliability and optimize equipment life using precision maintenance best practices.
Troubleshoot & Assist Operations in diagnosing and resolving equipment and process issues.
Learn & Share Knowledge by staying up to date with new technology, processes, and equipment while educating fellow technicians and operators.
Follow Maintenance Planning & Safety Protocols in compliance with OSHA and company/site safety policies.
Maintain Documentation ensuring accurate communication of repairs.
Contribute to Improvement Projects aimed at reducing maintenance costs and minimizing equipment failures.
Work Independently & Collaborate based on skill level, with onsite maintenance technicians and helpers.

Required Qualifications:

✔ Passion for your work and commitment to quality
✔ Certification from an HVAC technical school
✔ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✔ EPA Certification for refrigerant handling
✔ State-required HVAC licensing
✔ Ability to pass a background check
✔ Hands-on experience 3 years with Commercial HVAC maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and follow all safety protocols
✔ Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
✔ Willingness to learn and grow in the industry

Preferred Qualifications:

➕ HVAC Journeyman’s or Master’s License
➕ Refrigeration or industrial HVAC experience
➕ Manufacturer training and certifications
➕ Experience with digital dispatch and invoicing software
➕ On-site equipment maintenance experience
