Pilates Instructor Job Opportunity

Responsibilities:
- Lead Pilates classes for participants of varying skill levels
- Design and deliver safe, comprehensive, and enjoyable Pilates sessions
- Educate participants on proper techniques, alignment, and breathing
- Provide modifications to accommodate various abilities and injuries
- Motivate and support participants throughout their Pilates journey
- Maintain a clean and organized Pilates studio environment
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Pilates Instructor from a recognized program
- Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Ability to communicate and demonstrate Pilates exercises and techniques effectively
- Previous experience in group fitness instruction is preferred
- Passion for promoting health and wellness through Pilates practice
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups
