About the Role:
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level HR Generalist to join our growing healthcare organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President of HR, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions while helping to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources and contribute to our mission-driven team.
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of HR tasks, including managing the recruitment process. This involves posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates. You will also assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless introduction to our organization and are equipped with the resources needed to succeed in a blended in-person and remote work environment.
Beyond recruitment and onboarding, you will support general HR operations such as maintaining employee records, processing HR documents, and assisting with benefits administration. A significant aspect of this role will be helping to build and sustain a positive company culture. You will work closely with the VP, Human Resources to implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, support virtual team dynamics, and promote a sense of community among employees.
