About The Role
We are looking for a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in expanding our brand presence both online and offline. This role is a split between marketing project management and social media coordination. The ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate events, and manage promotional activities while also executing social care and community management across multiple social media platforms.You’ll work closely with the Head of Social Media as well as our Creative Studio team to bring campaigns to life, ensuring seamless execution of some of the most exciting and innovative marketing initiatives at Flow.

Responsibilities
- Assist in executing dynamic marketing initiatives while managing a comprehensive and strategic marketing calendar.
- Project manage the development of multiple marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media, onsite events, email, digital, and print initiatives.
- Coordinate events, sponsorships, campaigns, and partnerships to promote brand awareness.
- Support the oversight of developing marketing materials, presentations, and assets.
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and branding.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social and Meta Business Suite).
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
