About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. This role is critical in supporting the company’s cash flow, liquidity, and banking operations, while helping to optimize working capital and mitigate financial risk. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
\n- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs
- Execute wire transfers, ACH payments, and other banking transactions
- Manage and reconcile cash accounts and short-term investments
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes related to treasury functions
- Analyze cash flow forecasts and provide variance explanations
- Assist in managing banking relationships and maintaining bank account documentation
- Prepare treasury reports and dashboards for senior leadership
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to treasury policies, processes, and systems
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support ad hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2- 8 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with treasury management systems is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders
