**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, general maintenance, and troubleshooting various restaurant equipment. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on restaurant equipment, including refrigeration, kitchen appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and ensure they are operating efficiently.
- Conduct general building maintenance, including painting, minor carpentry, and plumbing repairs.
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and document completed work.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
- Work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to troubleshoot and repair restaurant equipment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
