Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. Working on repairs and Maintenance for 12 food establishment restaurants all run by the same company. Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Marcos Pizza.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. is a must. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and maintain equipment to uphold safety and efficiency standards.

Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using schematics and logic controllers.
• Perform repairs on equipment.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to test electrical systems and components.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Have a valid drivers license.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to fabricate components as needed for repairs or upgrades.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks.
• Previous experience in a similar maintenance role is preferred but not mandatory.
