The Opportunity

Flowcode is looking for a Head of UX to join our dynamic team in Soho, NYC. You will be responsible for leading the UX strategy and execution for a cutting-edge platform that’s shaping the future of offline-to-online engagement. What You’ll Do

• Lead UX strategy and execution for Flowcode’s suite of products.
• Own the end-to-end user experience—from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final design implementation—ensuring seamless offline-to-online conversions for our customers and end users.
• Dive deep into user behavior, keeping an obsessive focus on consumer experience in the product from both an online and offline perspective.
• Maintain high standards of analytical rigor across the UX team, ensuring a consistent focus on data-driven decision making.
• Drive user research, testing, and data analysis to continuously optimize for user satisfaction and engagement.
• Foster a UX-centric culture that puts the user at the center of every product decision, helping to establish Flowcode as the gold standard for intuitive, privacy-compliant offline to online conversion experiences.
• Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of designers, while maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure design quality and consistency.

• PLG SaaS Experience: Deep understanding and experience in UX design for SaaS products, with a strong preference for PLG experience.
• Obsessed with Customer & Consumer Experience: You live and breathe consumer experience. You have a passion for designing experiences that seamlessly connect consumers to brands.
• Strong Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, always looking for opportunities to partner, learn, and grow. You are not a lone wolf—you believe the best solutions come from cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-Driven Decision Maker: You understand the power of data and use it consistently to guide your design decisions. You can synthesize user feedback and analytics to create and execute on thoughtful, impactful UX strategies.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, startup environments. You’ll be comfortable making decisions, taking ownership, and pushing forward initiatives with your team.
• Design Leadership: You have a strong background in UX design with 10 years of experience and a proven track record of managing and scaling design teams. You know how to create an inspiring, results-driven environment for design talent to flourish.

Compensation

A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The current range for this role is $250,000 - $285,000 OTE plus equity. Flowcode also offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees.
