Summary

As a Floral Designer at Flower Garden Florist, you will have the opportunity to create stunning floral arrangements that bring joy to our customers. Located in South Fort Worth, this role is essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence and creativity in floral design.

Responsibilities

• Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions, including , funerals.
• Assist customers with selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences.
• Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash responsibly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to enhance design skills.
• Support e-commerce initiatives by preparing online orders for delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in floral design with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent retail sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
