Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience.
- Educate customers about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their preferences and needs.
- Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately handle transactions.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
- Provide support in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment.
- Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of cannabis products is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries from customers over the phone.
