Main responsibilities:
- Prepare, cut, and care for flowers and plants
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and work areas
- Pack floral arrangements and assist with loading and unloading for delivery
- Support deliveries and assist in event preparations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
Physical requirements for this position include:
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to twist, bend, and stoop while handling flowers and equipment
- Manual dexterity to work with small flowers and fragile materials
