Annual compensation $100,000 - $110,000 - DOE

Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Regional Accounts Manager.
Our Regional Accounts Manager will play a key role in developing the customer strategy and growing Flowers Foods' revenue, distribution, market share, and profitability within the company's assigned convenience store accounts.
- 4 years' experience working in Convenience Retail Account Management and CPG sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience required
- Manage Direct Retail and Wholesale Accounts
- Meeting and Communicating with Key Customers to Grow Sales, Margin, and Manage Trade Spending
- Manage Broker Network (National and Regional)
- Set Broker Objectives and Hold Accountable for Volume Growth and Performance
- Develop and manage customer relationship within all levels of assigned retailers, buyers, and key decision makers; contribute to customer strategy ensuring local Flowers business objectives are achieved
- Willingness to travel across territory
