Qualifications & Experience:
· Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
· Floral design: 1 year (Preferred)
· Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
· Experience in floral design is preferred for part time, but required for full-time, as we are a fast-paced business. Will train a driven individual ready to hit the floor running with self-initiative, proactiveness, and resourcefulness.

· Excellent communication: effectively interact with customers to understand their preferences and offer suitable options
· Sales Skills: utilize retail sales practices to upsell and promote additional products or services

We are looking for a passionate, personable designer who can present the perfect solution to a client’s needs, and one who goes above and beyond to ensure the client’s experience is lovely, memorable, and undeniably, totally, “Flowers by Cammy approved.”
· Be interruptible! While creating quickly is a must, so is prioritizing clients as they walk in or moments where you are needed to jump in and help others. Be ready to pause and assist!
· Ability to operate a cash register efficiently math skills to calculate prices and discounts ** DOVE POS system experience a plus
· Standing and lifting are an integral part of the position
· Floral Design (Custom and Recipe-Based for various occasions)
· Answering phones with proper etiquette
· Daily Fresh Flower Processing
· Maintaining a developing self-directed education in accordance to new and updated floral techniques, trends, and industry standards
· Plant Care for Succulents, Blooming Plants, and other varieties throughout the shop on a 3-4 times a week recurring schedule

Pay
· Per /hr and varies based on skill level and adaptability to the shop’s demands availability

· 8-9 Hour Shift Weekdays
· Rotating Saturdays (as needed, 9-1PM)
