Floral Designer with Experience
Well established, fast-paced flower shop in Lakeport is seeking a long-term, highly motivated, energetic, floral designer to join our team!
Overview of Position: Floral design experience with knowledge of flowers, greens, and plants. Must love floral design, working with people, and have highly developed communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Experience with wedding, event, and funeral design
· Inventory, stocking, organizing, and janitorial tasks
· Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while demonstrating a superior level of hospitality when working with customers and staff
· Other duties as assigned

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, be nimble to shift gears quickly, and work at a fast pace
· Good knowledge of the Lake County and the surrounding area
· Confident with your computer and telephone skills
· Ability to interact effectively, professionally and courteously with customers and staff
· Intuitive and energetic
· Must be punctual and dependable
Education and/or Experience:
· Previous experience as a floral designer
· A minimum of a High School diploma, or equivalent, is highly desirable

· Ability to spell and compute math easily
· Independent thinker with highly developed problem-solving skills
