Job Description

Flowers Community Living in Lithonia, GA is looking for one lead direct care staff to join our 30 person strong team at our day program. We are located on 5004 Stone Mountain HWY, Lilburn GA 30047.. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising assigned direct care staff in all of their duties.

Assist individuals with disabilities in job skils, ADLs, learning skills.

Develop report with families, case managers, state officials and coworkers

Must be computer literate

Must be able to maintain professionalism

Must be knowledgeable in and apply person centered philosophy

Must possess both written and language capabilities

Qualifications

Must be 21 years old

Must have 3 years of experience working as a lead direct care staff

must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Current TB and Physical less then one year

CPR / first(can obtain once hired)

Willing to complete 16 hours of training annually

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $16.75 - $17.00 / hour.
