Job Description and Responsibilities
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance of our facilities and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained, efficient, and safe. This includes planning, assigning, and supervising the work of maintenance personnel on assigned shifts, training new employees, and maintaining good employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure plant facility and equipment are maintained according to standards.
- Assist Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Superintendent in the performance of assigned duties.
- Plan, assign and supervise work of Maintenance Personnel on assigned shift.
- Train new employees in accordance with established training programs and plant procedures.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
- 2 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations, maintenance or utilities operations.
- Experience in the installation, diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment through troubleshooting required.
