Our Mission
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities and equipment are well-maintained, efficient, and safe. You will be responsible for planning, assigning, and supervising the work of maintenance personnel on assigned shifts. This includes training new employees, reading and implementing schematics and mechanical drawings, and maintaining good employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure plant facility and equipment are maintained according to standards.
- Assist Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Superintendent in the performance of assigned duties.
- Plan, assign and supervise work of Maintenance Personnel on assigned shift.
- Train new employees in accordance with established training programs and plant procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations, maintenance or utilities operations.
- Experience in the installation, diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment through troubleshooting required.
- Experience or knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC), and Networking devices a plus.
Essential Requirements
- Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
- Completion of formal management skills training program.
