Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing transactions, and promoting products in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Be able to price incoming items with our label system
• Create eye catching displays

Skills

• Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Ability to effectively upsell products by understanding customer needs and preferences.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 39 per week
