We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our Sales Team and ensure a smooth transition for customers from signed deals to fully onboarded and live accounts. This role is critical in keeping sales processes moving efficiently, troubleshooting any roadblocks, and providing excellent communication with both customers and internal teams.

Point of Sale (POS) Operations
This role is open to anyone within the United States, except for candidates in CA, NY, and WA, with compensation that aligns with your location. Starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. SALARY RANGE: $55k-$65k per year Equity

Key Responsibilities:
Point of Sale (POS) Operations
- Follow up with newly signed customers to collect payments and schedule onboarding.
- Coordinate with the Implementation Team to guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure a successful Go Live.
- Monitor Salesforce data to ensure customers are progressing smoothly and proactively address any bottlenecks.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear expectations and updates throughout the process.
- Weekly meetings with sales leadership to provide updates or review issues
- Collect required documentation from customers and submit finalized agreements to payment vendors.
- Manage shipping information for payment terminals, handle administrative tasks within third-party portals, and coordinate support issues with external vendors.
- Ensure payment terminals are properly functioning and integrated with Flowhub and that customers are successfully set up to go live.
- Assist customers in adopting new payments products as they are launched.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – You keep things running smoothly and don’t let details slip through the cracks.
- Strong Communicator – You’re comfortable talking to customers, setting expectations, and following up to ensure progress.
