Forklift Operator

Flowly Solutions is actively hiring for multiple experienced forklift operators for our warehouse team.

The schedule for these roles will be Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be required. We have optional overtime available based on work requirements. We can accommodate most schedules based on your work availability.

For this role, the majority of the work day will be pulling orders and staging them for pickup. This position is very fast paced and physically involved. You must be willing to work in a team based environment. You will also be required to load and unload trailers throughout the day.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Learning to operate our machinery and passing our training courses
• Collecting orders using a scanner and preparing them for pickup
• Interacting directly with customers and assisting them with any questions they might have
• Loading products into their vehicles and preparing shipments
• Breaking down pallets and putting away products
• Completing cycle counts on a daily basis to manage inventory
• Taking directions from your manager and working directly with your team
• Printing shipping labels and applying them to boxes
• Learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating a forklift in a professional setting
• Customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Basic computer literacy and experience using shipment software
• The ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
