What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Technician position at Flowly Solutions?
Flowly Solutions is actively hiring for multiple skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team.
These are full time positions with plenty of overtime offered. We are busy the entire year and you are guaranteed 40 hours of work weekly. You must be flexible to work any time of the day based on what projects are available. You may be required to work weekends if it is needed.
For this position, you will be servicing commercial HVAC units and traveling to customer sites. You will be provided a company vehicle for these visits. This role requires you to complete preventative maintenance, scheduled warranty repairs, troubleshooting and servicing. Prior experience working in HVAC is highly preferred but we are willing to train on our specific machines.
We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.
Responsibilities:
- Traveling to client sites to complete required projects
- Performing a wide variety of services such as maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting
- Submitting reports for each project that is finished
- Completing our EPA classes and certifications
- Growing your skillset and taking on more responsibility in the position
- Working outside and completing you work in all climates
- Performing basic electrical work and wiring
- Installing industrial HVAC units and ensuring they are functioning properly
- Working directly with customers and remaining professional with all of your communication
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with HVAC is highly preferred
- A strong ability of hand and power tool usage
- The ability to interpret schematics and blueprints
- Lifting 50 pounds and standing for extended periods of time
- A valid Class C driver license
- A clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to work
- No formal education is required
