Flowly Solutions is actively hiring a management trainee for our office team.
We are seeking candidates who are eager to grow their career with us. For this position, you will be trained in all areas of our business with the goal of you being capable of running day to day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent college graduates who are seeking a hands on job experience. You must be willing to work every role to better understand what the job entails. We are willing to train.
The schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. You may be required to work overtime if it is needed. No weekend work will be offered for this position.
We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.
Responsibilities:
- Being trained to work in every position to familiarize yourself with the roles
- Completing trainings for both inside and outside sales
- Making cold calls to complete sales and grow active client accounts
- Developing a strong understanding of our products and services
- Providing quotations for customers and presenting contracts
- Assisting in all areas of the business such as in the warehouse, office or accounting departments
- Passing and completing our certification classes
- Learning to effectively operate our software and databases
- Managing employees and ensuring projects are completed correctly
Qualifications:
- No direct experience is required, we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Computer literacy and the ability to type effectively
- Prior sales experience is preferred but it is not required
- Reliable transportation to work
- No formal education is required
