What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Inspector position at Flowly Solutions?
Flowly Solutions is hiring for an experienced quality control inspector for our production team.
This is a full time and permanent position. The schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday, we are flexible on your exact working hours based on your availability. There may be opportunities for overtimes based on project requirements.
For this role, you will be inspecting manufactured products to ensure there are no errors in production. You must be highly detail oriented to excel in this position. You will be checking for accuracy, quality and consistency with finished goods. We are open to training the right person for this role.
We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and verifying products are within manufacturing standards
- Performing final quality checks before finished items are shipped to customers
- Completing internal and external audits to ensure quality compliance
- Working directly with the production team to continually improve manufacturing processes
- Using computer programs to process completed orders
- Reporting defects in production to the manager and troubleshooting the issue
- Learning additional job duties and taking on additional responsibilities
- Packaging and preparing outgoing orders
- Using a variety of tools to inspect final products
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a production or quality position is preferred but it is not required
- Fantastic attention to detail and visual inspection ability
- Clear communication skills
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new software
- Reliable transportation to work
- No formal education is required
