Job Description:
Flowserve is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Flowserve Cookeville manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of CNC machines, test equipment, parts washers, and other industrial systems
- Emphasize electrical repair aptitude, as the candidate will need to effectively troubleshoot items such as servo drives and electrical switches
Requirements:
- Technical training in electrical maintenance
- Able to read blueprints and specifications
- Hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience diagnosing/repairing mechanical industrial equipment, such as lathes, milling machines, CNC, etc.
Working Conditions:
The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, humidity levels, and noise levels. Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, see, lift up to 50 pounds, carry, push/pull, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb stairs/ladders/ramps.
